Employee Engagement Tool Launched

Versta Research has teamed up with Bay Area-based Brilliant Ink to offer a new Employee Experience Assessment tool that helps companies assess, understand, and improve employee engagement and satisfaction. The tool was developed by employee engagement consultancy Brilliant Ink, in partnership with Versta Research. It is based on award-winning research conducted with hundreds of Fortune 1000 employees.
The tool assesses employee engagement on four important dimensions: advocacy, satisfaction, retention, and pride. Beyond that, it provides scores in seven key areas proven to move the needle on employee experience: the interview process, day one, orientation, onboarding, connection to the company’s mission/vision/values, ongoing communications, and career development.

The tool is customizable based on the needs, size, and population of any organization. It is simple, quick, and easy to administer, and can be used to complement or replace an existing employee engagement survey.
