The company has embarked on a two-year journey, which began in the summer of 2021, to obtain ISO 27001 certification, one of the highest standards in the industry.

ISO is an independent, non-governmental international organization that develops and publishes international standards across various sectors. ISO standards are globally recognized and serve as a benchmark for organizations striving for excellence in different areas of operations.

ISO 27001 specifically focuses on information security management systems (ISMS). It provides a systematic approach to managing sensitive information, ensuring its confidentiality, integrity, and availability. By adhering to ISO 27001, organizations demonstrate their commitment to maintaining robust information security controls and mitigating risks associated with data breaches, cyber threats, and unauthorized access.

Versta Research has contracted with CIRQ (Certification Institute for Research Quality) as the certifying body for its ISO 27001 certification. CIRQ is a subsidiary of the Insights Association, the leading professional organization in the market research industry. CIRQ specializes in providing certification services for market research, data analytics, and insights organizations, ensuring compliance with international standards.
