Versta Research Announces Vice President Appointment

Versta Research announced today the appointment of Susan Dollman to vice president. Dollman will provide communications outreach and work on new business development for Versta’s healthcare, financial, and business services lines of business.
“Susan has a unique depth of experience in core areas to help our clients,” said Joe Hopper, president of Versta Research. “She’s a seasoned client-side executive in healthcare and information services, and is passionate about using research to enhance customer-centric approaches to marketing. Prior to joining Versta, Dollman was director of market research at the American Academy of Pediatrics, where she led strategic and communications research for an organization of 60,000 physicians. She also has experience in business services through the McGraw Hill companies, and was director of market intelligence at Northwestern University Press.
